Ledochowski, Napoleon
Musician, painter, teacher. Son of Constantine Ledochowski, settled in Chicago, Ill. in 1870 and established a conservatory of music where he was a teacher. Graduated from the Sorbonne University, Paris, France, where he studied music under the supervision of some of Frederic Chopin's pupils. His paintings (water colors) were exhibited at the Art Hall Exposition in 1888 and 1889 at Chicago, Ill. Was also an excellent singer.
