Leski, Ladislaus C.
Engineer, Captain in Civil War. Born in Poland. Enlisted as a private in Washington, D.C. Was Aid-de-camp in staff of General McDowelI. May 1, 1862 was made captain. Distinguished himself in the battle of Bull Run. Was honorably discharged from the army April 23, 1864. Deceased.
