Veteran soldier. Born in 1890 in Cleveland, Ohio. Received his elementary and secondary education in Cleveland. In 1929 director of the Polish Radio Hour WCAE in Cleveland. In 1932 elected councilman of the city of Cleveland. In 1937 elected chief commander of the Polish Legion of American Veterans in Cleveland. On Nov. 7, 1939 elected councilman of the city of Cleveland, Ohio. A veteran of the World War and Commander of Abraham Lincoln Post 13 of American Veterans.
