His title of Sant Andrea comes from his father granted him by Pope Pius XI in consideration of his artistic services. Pope Pius XII is his God-father. When his parents came to Rome and the father opened an art store and studio in 1908 a priest paid them a visit. The young Polish artist made apologies for lack of order and explained that they were newcomers in Rome. Just then a baby's wail was heard and the artist asked in which church the child should he baptized. The priest gave the proper instructions and arranged to be the God-father of the child and the name of Lino Sigismundo was given the baby. Today, this priest is Pope Pius XII. The child learned art from his illustrious father and the world-known art stores of Rome, Italy, and in the Royal Academy of Art. After a few months in the U.S. he was assigned to design all decorations inside and outside of the Museum of Natural History in Boston, Mass. He has a Russian title of Orlov that came from his ancestor who was a private secretary to Empress Catherine the Great of Russia. He is privileged to travel in Rome on a Vatican passport, a privilege reserved only for Cardinals. Residence: 21075 Sydenham Rd., Cleveland, Ohio.
