Lawyer. Born in Buffalo, N. Y.; attended parochial school and Central H.S. in Buffalo. Graduated from the Syracuse University in 1918 and was admitted to the Bar in 1918. Since that time practising law in Buffalo, N. Y. Member of P.N.A. Once candidate for grand master of the Polish National Alliance of U.S. of No. America. Married and has two children. Member of Erie County and New York State Bar Ass'n. Interested in all civic affairs. Member of the State Senate of N. Y. State (1925-26) and (1927-28) to which office he was elected from 49th district of Buffalo, N. Y. Residence: 750 Fillmore Ave., Buffalo, N. Y.
