Lipowicz, Stanislaus K.
Born 1865 in Studzieniec, Poland. In 1885 came to Buffalo, N. Y. In 1890 established a grocery business, and in 1895 founded a wholesale grocery business that grew to such an extent that in 1905 he served all Polish groceries in Buffalo, N. Y. Coowner of Vinegar Factory and soap factory, "Our Soap." Member of Moniuszko Singing Society, Polish Union of America. Director of Stock Yard Bank. In 1888 married Julie Nyka. Died 1941 in Lake View, N. Y.
