Lawyer, judge. Born Sept. 26, 1899, Chicago, Ill.; son of Joseph and Apolonia (Stanczewski) Luczak. Graduate of Harrison Technical H.S. 1919 and De Paul University School of Law 1922; completed a post graduate course at Northwestern University of Chicago and a two yr. course in real estate at Y.M.C.A. In 1938 elected judge of municipal court of Chicago, Ill, for a term of 6 yrs. Married Cornelia Thieda, Nov. 25, 1931; one son Edward Jr. Member of P.N.A., P.R.C.U., Knights of Columbus, Polish Democratic Organization of Cook Co., White Eagle Dramatic Circle, Holy Name Society.
