Writer. Born about 1880 in Houston, Texas, the daughter of a noted family, Krol. Translated several books from Polish into English: "Pharaoh," a novel by Boleslaus Prus; "Ten Years in Cossack Slavery" (Dziesiec Lat w Niewoli u Kozakow), by Julian Jasienczyk, and "Czarna Rosia" (Black Russia), published by The Abbey Press, New York, N. Y. Great contributor to the Houston Press.
