N. Y., Aug. 6, 1904; daughter of the late Frank W. Krempa and Julia Adas. Attended St. John Kanty Parochial School, South Park High School, Bryant & Stratton Business College and the University of Buffalo. In 1923 became a stenographer at the Everybody's Daily, a few years later private secretary to its publisher, the late Joseph C. Ruskiewich. In March, 1937 married Joseph C. Ruszkiewicz who died in Oct., 1937. Member of the following organizations: Polish Publishers & Journalists, Polish Women's Alliance, Polish Falcons of America, Niagara Frontier Defense Committee, Erie County Polish American Women Republican Club, Dom Polski, Kolko Polek Charity, St. Rita's Convalescent Home, Western Center of the Friends of the Polish Soldiers, Vice President of the Polish Relief Committee, organizer and director of the Buflopole Federation of Women's Clubs. In June 1941 married to Francis L. Martin-Martuszewski, business man and publisher of the Monthly Future, of New York City. In addition to a wide scope of business activities, is engaged In the volunteer work of the American Red Cross, national and civic defense, as well as many other social and fraternal activities.
