Maslowski, Tomek
photographerBorn into a noble Polish family with a tradition built over the centuries. He finished studies at the Mining-Metallurgical (AGH-Akademia Gorniczo Hutnicza) Academy in Krakow, the largest technical university in Poland, in the Electronics Engineering department. He holds the title of Electronics Engineer. In the United States he completed four associate degrees at MCCC Mercer County Community College) in Trenton, NJ: Advertising Design, Computer Graphics, Fine Arts, Photography. He also studied photography at Parson's School of Design in NYC.
He is the founder of the popular website: www.malaPOLSKA.com where there are over 8 thousand photographs and over 1,500 "video clips" from the life of Polonia in the United States. He is the author of over 10 publications - among them: Polish People in America, Krakow - Miasto Moich Przodkow [Krakow - city of my forbears], Rodzina Maslowskich [Maslowski Family], Venus, Dzieci-Dzieciom 2011 [Children to Children 2011], Walentynki 2011 [Valentines 2011], Pielgrzymka 2010 [Pilgrimage 2010] and others. Currently Tomek Maslowski is working on a publication about the work of the exceptional Polish sculptor - Andrzej Pitynski.
