Studied at Frieburg, Switzerland; Krakow, Poland; Leipzig, Germany; Paris, France; Vienna, Austria; received Ph.D. degree in Vienna; came to U.S. in 1904; in 1906 chief-editor of Polish Press. Chicago, Ill.; chief editor of "Kuryer Narodowy." Chicago, 1907; editor-in chief of "Wolna Polska," New York, until 1917; Professor and lecturer at Columbia University, New York, N. Y., 1917-1928; director of Polish Telegraphic Agency (PAT) in United States, Mexico and Canada, 1927-1939. Lecturer on Polish literature and culture in American Clubs and Societies. Member of Foreign Press Correspondent's Ass'n in New York, N. Y. Decorated with "Polonia Restituta" and French Legion of Honor Cross. At present associated with the Polish Information Center, New York, N. Y.
