Taranowicz, Rev. John
Author. Born in Poland. Served Polish immigrants over twenty years; preaching, teaching and writing; was an authority in the field of Catechism; wrote the following books: "Metody Nauczania Katechizmu" (Methods of the teaching of Catechism), 1931, Progress Publishing Co., New Britain, Coon. He wrote also: "Katechizm dla Dziateczek" (Catechism for Children); "Katechizm Obrazkowy," 1923 and 1925, "Jaselka Ludu Polskiego," and others. Died Aug., 1938, in Brenham, Texas.
