Tolpa, Rev. Nicolaus, O.F.M.
Artist, painter. Born and educated in Krakow, Poland, where he was a student of famous Polish painter John Matejko. Came from Texas, and was at one time an assistant at St. Casimir's parish, Shenandoah, Pa. Died in 1929 in New York, N.Y.
