Elected in 1916 legal counsel of the Polish Union in America, with headquarters in Wilkes-Barre, Pa., re-elected in 1918, 1921, 1924, 1927. Commander of U.S. Army. Graduate of U.S. Naval Academy. In 1938 appointed solicitor of the National Bituminous Coal Commission, Washington, D. C. Address: 4707 Harrison St., Brookdale, Chevy Chase, Md.
