On March 20, 1891 graduated from Medical and Surgical College, Chicago. In May 6, 1898, chief medical examiner of Foresters in Chicago. In 1894 chief examiner of Catholic Knights of America in Chicago with headquarters in Covington, Ky. For many years owner of a drugstore at Blackhawk and Cleaver Ave. Member of medical staff at Nazareth Hospital. Chief examiner of P.R.C.U., Polish Alma Mater. Member of Medical Ass'n of Chicago, of Polish Ass'n of Medical and Dental Ass'n. P.R.C.U., P.N.A., Foresters, Holy Name. Catholic, member of St. Stanislaus Kostka parish, Chicago, Ill. Died Aug. 2, 1933 in Chicago, Ill.
