Born Apr. 22, 1949, Warsaw, Poland; came to U.S., 1982; son of Zygmunt and Genowefa (Podwysocka).

Education: Master of Fine Arts (M.F.A.), Warsaw Academy of Fine Arts, 1973.

Career: free-lance costume designer for ballet and opera theaters, Warsaw, Lodz, Poznan, Gdansk, Bytom (Poland), Kajzeslauter (Germany), Enege (Switzerland), Prague (Czechoslovakia), Orvietto (Italy).

Member of: board member, Polish American Artists Society (P.A.A.S.).

Honors: scholarship, Italian Government, 1979; Bronze Medal on 200th Anniversary of Polish Ballet, Warsaw Great Theater, 1985; 1st award at Polish American Art Salon, Art Speak, 1986.
