Truszynski, Rev. Charles
Born Aug. 10, 1868 in Wilno, Poland, where he received his primary education; studied philosophy and theology in Krakow, and Rome: came to U.S. in 1892 and entered the Order of the Holy Cross in Notre Dame, Ind., where he was ordained April 20, 1894. In 1895 appointed pastor of St. Valentine parish, Peru, Ill., where he built church and school. Since 1912 asst. at Holy Trinity Church, Chicago, Ill.From: "Who's Who in Polish America" by Rev.
