Born Jan. 22, 1954, Warsaw, Poland, came to U.S., 1987; daughter of Ryszard and Barbra (Majkut - Darovski); married Bogdan Schindler.

Education: Master of Fine Arts (M.F.A.), Warsaw Academy of Fine Arts (Poland), 1978; graduate, Gemnological Institute of America, Santa Monica (CA), 1992.

Career: free-lance artist, 1978 -; teacher, Anthropofische Institute and Public Schools, Plattenberg (Germany), 1980-85.

Author: numerous art exhibitions in Germany, U.S., Poland, Netherlands, Spain; correspondent, Segeln (sailing magazine).

Member of: Board of Maestro member, Florida Philharmonic Orchestra; Hamburg Segel Club; artist union in Germany.

Honors: 4 times Polish champion in Finn, dinghy, Kiekrz, 1969, 1970, 1971; art award, Hamburg (Germany) 1983.
