Mary Ellen Tyszka

2nd Vice-President, American Council for Polish Culture

Mary Ellen Tyszka, a native of Detroit, Michigan, is a graduate of Wayne State University with a degree in Business Administration. She has previously served as second Vice President of ACPC, Director and Chairperson of the Audit Committee. Co-chaired the 1998 ACPC Convention in Detroit and assisted with the ACPC sponsored Conventions in Las Vegas, Toronto, Savannah and Williamsburg. She is currently chairing the Report Committee and Program advertisements.

Mary Ellen has been a member of the Friends of Polish Art since 1987. She has served as President and is currently the Financial Secretary. She is currently serving as Vice President of American Affairs for the Michigan Division of the Polish American Congress and is chairing Ladies Day for the Orchard Lake Schools.
