Walewski, Rev. Frederick
Clergyman. Born in Middleport Pa., October 17, 1895. Education: St. John Kanty College, Philadelphia, Pa.; St. Stanislaus College, Chicago, III., 1916; attended Polish Seminary, Orchard Lake, Mich., where he studied his philosophy course; theology completed at St. Charles Borromeo's Seminary, Overbrook, Pa.; Ordained May 21,1921 in Philadelphia, Pa. First assignment as assistant to St. Casimir's parish, Mahanoy City, Pa; assistant at St. Hedwig's parish, Chester Pa.; assistant at St. Mary's parish, Reading, Pa; pastor of St. Stanislaus Church, Coatesville, Pa.; later pastor of Holy Trinity parish, Phoenixville, Pa.; his last post was as pastor of St. Peter's parish, Pottstown, Pa. Died in June, 1942.
