Wasielewski, Francis
Civic leader. Born Nov. 17, 1847 in Zerkow, Jarocin County, Poland. In 1872 came to U.S. and after six months in New York City came to Bay City, Mich., where he was a tailor; became a funeral director and was engaged as such for 35 years in Bay City, Mich. In 1873 married Angela Piasecka; had one son, Francis, Jr. Died 1899 in Bay City, Mich.
