Attorney at law. Born in Sanok, Poland. After 1911 settled in Ware, Mass. Chief of the Zone Finance Division of the War Department in 1919-20. Assistant editor of "Current Business Survey," the official organ of the Department of Commerce. Served as Park Commissioner at Chelsea, Mass. Veteran of A. E. F. in France; commander for four years of Pulaski Post No. 269, American Legion. Former president of the Andrews Square Co-operative Bank of South Boston. Was president for several years of the American Polish Citizens Club of Suffolk County.
