Witkowski, Francis
Orchestra director. Born in Posen, Poland. Member of a musical family. Educated in Poland. Graduated from Posen Conservatory of Music. Formed his own orchestra and at once became a popular orchestra leader. He played on the S.S. [M.S.] "Pilsudski," and then at the Polish Pavilion, World's Fair, New York.
