Wroblewski, Rt. Rev. Msgr. Alfred, Ph.D., S.T.D.
Apostolic Protonotary. Poet, writer. Born near Grodno, Poland. Pastor of St. Casimir's parish, Shenandoah, Pa. In 1932 published a book: "Boza Piesniarka" (The God's Singer). Famous preacher, writer and composer of church and national songs. Pastor at Bethlehem, Pa., 1910-1912; pastor at Swedesburg, Pa., 1917-1920; pastor at St. Stanislaus, Shenandoah, Pa., 1920-1924. Engaged as a librarian and research worker at the Vatican Library, 1924-1942. Died in Rome, Italy, February, 1943.
