Career: project manager, John W. Cowper Construction Company, Buffalo, 1951-87; national president, Polish Falcons of America, Pittsburgh (PA), 1988 -.

Member of: director, Pennsylvania Fraternal Congress, Philadelphia; secretary general, Polish American Congress (P.A.C.); committee chairman, Fraternal Societies of Greater Pittsburgh.

Honors: Fraternal Citizen of the Year, 1980, and National Citizen of the Year, 1990, American - Polish Eagle; U.S. president, delegation member accompanying the transfer of the remains of Ignacy J. Paderewski, 1992.

Served with: U.S. Army, Engineers Corps, sergeant, 1945-47.
